GROUP AND THIRD-PARTY OFFERS
In accordance with privacy laws, and your consent preferences where applicable, Metcash Group* will collect and handle Your Data* to help Metcash Group understand you better, develop and improve products and services, communicate Offers* to you, and improve the relevance of Offers you receive (among other purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy notice).
You can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer wish to continue receiving Offers from Metcash Group. Where you have signed up with one of the Metcash Group Brands* and want to unsubscribe from its Offers, or from receiving the additional Offers described here, you can do so by emailing the Metcash Group Privacy Officer at privacy@metcash.com. For certain types of Offers (e.g. email and SMS), the ability to unsubscribe will also be included in the Offers themselves.
If you unsubscribe from receiving Offers from a particular Metcash Group Brand, you may continue to receive Offers from other Metcash Group Brands that you have signed up with. After you unsubscribe, you may also continue to receive certain types of Offers (e.g. advertising on websites, apps and third-party digital platforms), where this does not involve any use or disclosure of personal information.
Metcash Group entities may share and match Your Data with each other, as well as with technology, data, marketing and other service providers that assist Metcash Group with designing and delivering Offers, analysing customer information, and supplying additional information about customers or customer groups. Metcash Group entities may also share aggregated insights with third-party advertisers to help them better understand customer groups and improve the relevance of their campaigns.

Metcash Group refers to Metcash Trading Limited and its related entities, including the entities responsible for the Metcash Group Brands.
Metcash Group Brands means any brands used by Metcash Group, including IGA, Campbells, Mitre 10, Home Hardware, Total Tools, Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor and Porters Liquor, and any entities responsible for those brands.
Offers means marketing and promotional communications sent by any means including email, SMS or instant messaging, telephone, post and advertising on Metcash Group and third-party websites, apps and digital platforms including social media platforms. These communications may relate to Metcash Group Brands or other selected third-party products and services that may be relevant to you (e.g. financial, telecommunications, energy, trades, maintenance, fitness, beauty, travel, entertainment, transport and health products and services).
Privacy Policy means the Metcash Group – General Privacy Policy available at https://www.metcash.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
Your Data means any information about you as an individual or customer, including information about your name, contact details, demographic details, preferences, interests, opinions, memberships, accounts, subscriptions, transactions, interactions with us and online activity. This information may be collected from you, from other Metcash Group entities, from public sources and from third parties such as retailers, suppliers, digital platforms, data brokers and our other service providers. This information may also be developed and supplemented (including by generating insights and inferences about you) through review, analysis, reporting, prediction and combining data from different sources.
